Custom Order Policy

 When ordering custom work, a non-refundable 50% deposit is required before I begin production. If your custom piece includes personal information (e.g., name, address, phone number), full payment is required upfront and is also non-refundable. The only exception is if the product experiences a catastrophic failure due to construction, in which case I will work with you to repair, replace, or refund the item.   Please note that I only work within the scope of Elk River Fishing and Outdoors, reflecting the style and products you see on the website. Custom work is an extension of that. If you'd like a more creative variation of a product, I can adjust aspects like color schemes, thread color, and hardware type, as outlined in individual product pages.

  I do not use licensed images or external logos (e.g., sports teams or car brands). However, I can create a custom design that aligns with those themes and color combinations.

  Elk River Fishing and Outdoors reserves the right to refuse service for any reason. If (after multiple attempts to complete your order) it does not seem like we will see eye to eye on the outcome, Elk River Fishing and Outdoors reserves the right to terminate the order.

  Customization is limited by the materials I have available and my skill set. I will do my best to match your vision, but please keep in mind that some flexibility is necessary. If you tend to be highly particular about every detail, it may be best to seek another craftsman. I’d be happy to help you find someone who better fits your needs, as I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase—whether it’s from me or not.
