Custom Order Policy

 When ordering custom work, a non-refundable 50% deposit is required before I begin production. If your custom piece includes personal information (e.g., name, address, phone number), full payment is required upfront and is also non-refundable. The only exception is if the product experiences a catastrophic failure due to construction, in which case I will work with you to repair, replace, or refund the item.   Please note that I only work within the scope of Elk River Fishing and Outdoors, reflecting the style and products you see on the website. Custom work is an extension of that. If you'd like a more creative variation of a product, I can adjust aspects like color schemes, thread color, and hardware type.

  I do not use licensed images or external logos (e.g., sports teams or car brands). However, I can create a custom design that aligns with those themes and color combinations.
